Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Individual counseling is a good way to work through issues that are bothering you and to find new and healthier ways of coping with them. My goal when working with you individually is to help you understand your problems more clearly and to develop skills to assist you in feeling more satisfied with your life, more connected to others, more in control of your behaviors, and happier overall.

Online therapy, also referred to as telehealth, is the use of audio and video conferencing for the delivery of health care services via remote technologies. I use a HIPAA compliant and secure practice management software that is used to facilitate telehealth sessions.
Telehealth counseling sessions require the use of a computer, tablet, or cell phone and a quiet, private place to talk. You will be provided with a portal that will have a link for direct access to the scheduled session. It is straightforward and very user friendly.
